Trinoc is a direct lender, not a bank or federally insured financial institution. We operate as a direct lender and broker connecting borrowers with appropriate private funding sources. All loan products are subject to underwriting, approval, and applicable state and federal regulations.

No Guarantee of Loan Approval

Submitting a form, requesting a case review, or speaking with a Trinoc representative does not constitute a loan application, commitment to lend, or guarantee of any loan terms, rates, or approval. All financing is subject to:

• Property appraisal and equity verification
• Underwriting review and lender approval
• Applicable federal, state, and local lending laws
• Availability of funding at time of application

Loan terms, interest rates, and fees will be disclosed in a written term sheet prior to any commitment. Do not make financial decisions solely based on verbal discussions without a written agreement.
